Here's actually my favorite piece, and my favorite performance of it
Johannes Brahms: Ein Deutsches Requiem
Op. 45, but I'm sure you can find it under the given name

This performance always gives me a unique mix of being // feeling very up-beat with a light, happy tint of melancholy

It's so hard to pick just one!

I'm pretty biased towards piano pieces since my minor is piano performance but I really love Chopin's Ballade in G and the Miroirs set by Ravel
