Offered for Sale is this Estate Find Vintage 1974 Raleigh Super Tourer Road Bicycle, Serial No. WC4001583. The frame measured is approximately 65cm or 25.6"; this measurement could be off by a couple of cm.

fork - Reynolds 531 tubes & possibly a Cinelli fully - sloping crown with internal blade sockets
crank - Stronglight triple chainrings, 170mm arms
pedals - Campagnolo Road with toe clip fasteners
derailleurs - Huret Jubilee regular length rear cage, Huret Jubilee front
shifters - Shimano Bar - End
brakes - Weinmann Symetric with quick - release brake levers
hubs - Maillard 700 large flange with quick release skewers
freewheel - 5 speed, likely 14 - 28
spokes - (unbranded) 3 cross lacing
rims - Weinmann 27 x 1-1/4" 36 hole shraeder valves
seat post - Campagnolo 73cm
saddle - Brooks leather with an opened can of Brooks Proofide saddle dressing
handlebars - Sakae Road Champion randonneur (approx.) 44cm (measured at the widest at the bottom of the drops)

I believe this bicycle was in the process of being restored to a working condition when the owner took ill and subsequently passed away. The tires were replaced, but that's apparently as far as any restoration went. This bicycle will have to be thoroughly gone over. The Huret Jubilee was the lightest rear derailleur manufactured and worked remarkably well. The chain rings appear to be in decent condition. I'm not sure if the handlebar covering is original or not.
Put some time and money into this and you'll have a great commuting bicycle or a decent tourer. This is also being offered for sale locally and I reserve the right to cancel this listing if the bicycle is no longer available.
