This item is used but looks like it has never been used.   The color is intact, no scratching of the gilding, no chips, cracks or crazing.
Shipping costs are estimates and I ship from Oregon.  If shipping costs are less than quoted, amounts greater than 2.00 will be refunded via Paypal.  If shipping is more that what was quoted, I absorb that cost.
