Early 1980`s midnight blue wrap and
double-breasted
belted  jacket.
It`s a wool blend , with belted waist.
The loops for the belt for the belts are very wide.
Very classic and elegant look.
Soft gathering in the back.
Nice size shoulder pads to balance off look
but not as big as they got later in the 1980.
This look is what so many european designers are showing now.
