Here's how it works...
After you place your order, we will contact you for the artwork you would like printed on the item.  Please note that you cannot submit vector (.eps, .ai, .pdf) files through eBay.  We will provide you with a special link to upload those files.  If you wish to only have text imprinted, you can fit approximately 3-4 lines of text on this pen.
Artwork Requirements:
We strongly encourage vector artwork or high resolution images with minimum 300 dpi/150 lpi in the following formats: JPEG, PSD, TIF, PNG, EPS, PDF, AI, PS.  For full color artwork, please submit your artwork with CMYK colors.  We will not be responsible for artwork that does not print properly.  If your artwork needs to be properly formatted, our in-house art department can take care of it for you (the minimum service charge is .00).  Contact us

Please provide us with the following details after ordering:
Artwork:
E-mail or upload your properly formatted and sized artwork.  If you are only wanting a text imprint, please provide us with what you would like printed on each line (you can usually fit 3-4 lines of text on this item).
Writing Ink Color:
This item is available in blue or black writing ink.  If not specified, black ink will be sent.
Barrel and Trim Color:
This item is only offered with a white barrel.  Please include what color of trim you would like: black, green, red, blue, or assorted.  If choosing assorted, random trim colors will be sent (no
guarantee
of color breakdowns).

This is a custom-made order.  Your order will ship within 5-7 business days after you approve the artwork.  Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for shipping through the carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS).  You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.
